Hi all,

I'm taking delivery of a 2016 Antec Legend 6/6 manual press tomorrow to handle some small jobs.  Has anybody used one, like it, have any tips or tricks for setting up jobs / registering screens, etc?

The raised pallets will be a bit different that what used to, but I've heard the registration is great due to dual gates.

Also, if you've used the M&R pallet adapters for the Antec, does it make it even taller off the pallet arms?  Worth getting those, or should I just get some aluminum pallets made specifically for the Antec?

and if you have any thing for the Legend you want to sell, hit me up.

Thanks!
Darren

Thank you Eric!  Got a ton of pallets and a bunch of MZX 18x20 and 23x26 rollers from him.  Once I figure out how to stretch those newmans I'm sure I'll be hooked on those and go all roller.

Time to order some mesh, locking strips, and some pallet rubber! (anyone have any good leads on good prices on those?)

  • The Dude abides.
I have an 8/4 Legend with M&R adapters. Height wise it is about the same but the benefit of the regular Antec bracket is that there is a decent amount of pass through between the pallet and pallet arm. So that can help loading smaller youth or toddler shirts. The M&R adapter fills in that space so you need to get the shirt around the entire pallet and pallet arm. Not a huge deal but can be a little tough to load smaller shirts in some cases. I have an M&R auto so I do like having a manual that can use the same pallets. Comes in handy more often than I thought it would.
