Tag Along pallets
« on: October 04, 2019, 03:54:35 PM »
We received the first batch of livingston systems tag along pallets last week and today did our first run of 2300 units. The work better than I thought. The craftsman ship is superb and polished. The ladies ran probably 20 percent slower during the first order learning curve but these are a game changer. I'M VOTING FOR PRODUCT OF THE YEAR!!

Certainly interesting. Did you run a front print concurrently?

Looks like they aren't available for Roq's?

Ugh, I can smell a law suit coming. I know the guy who came up with it years ago, will have to check with him.

If I remember correctly on this: It got patented.....
Been in the industry since 1996.  5+ years with QCM Inks.  Been a part of shops of all sizes and abilities both as a printer and as an Artist/separator.  I am now the Ink and Chemical Product Manager at Ryonet.

They may have bought the patent or they may be paying him for each unit sold.  I know that's how it works with a lot of the DTG printers.  I know the guys that holds a patent for how the shirt moves under the printer, which is why on some of the machines the shirt stays stationary and the whole print carriage moves on both the X & Y axis.

I would be interested to see how this plays out though.

did you guys even watch the promo video?

Has the patent # and license number right at the end.

BTW... cool idea...  just saving the stacking time would make it worth it...

Yup, i did see it. They could have applied for the patent after the other product was out (which will void it) or could be licensed. Well, its possible my buddy copied them, but that does not sound like him.

They do own a couple Patents and M/R Print is the exclusive distributor. we are on the third run now. A little slower than I expected due to the engineering of the pallet where you pull the shirt up thru. I think some of it is the learning curve and the team running them loves to rock and roll every order so they are not happy ...YET
