You already know some of the answers.
Make certificates of CPSIA compliance available.
Get regional distributors and/or reduce shipping costs, if not free shipping at a reasonable minimum.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

I would say website as well. Online ordering is 99.8% of how I order supplies.

Let me say website also. Now you’re thinking you don't want a better website because you’re a sales person and you only get commission on items you sell and get orders for. Ok then you need to change another thing. You need to have your company give you commission on anything people you drive to order off the new easy to navigate and order on website. It also has prices and product descriptions that a screen printer wants to know. You know things like all of us ask on here about products. Like your white ink could say add just a splash of reducer to keep the climbing to a minimum. The waterbase pallet glue could have tips like apply with a foam brush. Adding water to the glue will not only make it last longer but go on a lot easier and smoother. I would guess this website would also make your job a lot easier and ship out times faster. It will also let people know you sell a lot more of what they need. The last thing that is really cool about your new website is the free shipping on orders over $200. I think all screen printers will like that part. It works for Ryonet, free shipping on over priced products. Don't do the over priced part I think Ryonet has the patent on that. Sorry Ryonet but it’s true. Just my 2 cents

At lease get a Facebook page to announce specials and stuff. Even a chimp can setup and benefit from a Facebook page.
