We have about 10 or 12 have a bunch of the AA racks. They hold 25 screens, which I like much more than the Nortech that only holds 20. I had been warned about the cracking from someone here before I picked these up but figured we'd be able to spot trouble in advance and remedy it. I was wrong. Last monday I was rolling a rack from exposure room to washout, and there is a little transition hump. Ran over that and two welds cracked simultaneously on opposite sides, causing each screen to dominio down to the ground. Lucky we only lost 4 of our precious work hardened thin thread mzx frames. Could have been much worse. These racks are like playing Russian roulette... How much do custom made GSF racks run? How many screens do they hold?
