Thank you for the responses. We are re- training all our teams to use the tri-lock on ALL set ups and am going to show the videos at the start of the sessions. Does anyone have a written training manual that you custom wrote specificaly for employee tri-lock training other than the published M/R one. I can use some info from that but need one customized more for specific team training. I am working on one now so if there are no responses I will have one complete by the end of next week i can share. please email me in addition to posting if you have anything. thanks in advance

Hey I got a follow up-

Does anyone know of some vids showing skilled load/unloaders and how the support crew works around them?

Once you get setup improved this seems to be the next major challenge.

It is all in the pre-op/post op. All said, we do not live in a perfect world and it is not difficult to place blame. The energy path must be translated..
Easily said but not always easy to apply. Most systems are based  in a XYG theory. Three points should get you there. That applies to most pre-reg systems. If all are not in (close to) perfect synergy then yes, there can be questions as to whether this works. I can tell you it does.

That's what i am working on but wanted to lay it out in the manual then our floor managers will demonstrate to the 16 press teams how to do just that. I'm not sure if i can post a video.
