LIFT Brand Hi Viz Jackets
« on: January 04, 2019, 01:24:36 PM »
Never printed on Hi-Viz Polyester jackets before. Anyone have any tips? Have a big load of jackets provided by the customer. Big print on back. Black Ink. Printing on a manual. Small electric dryer. Any tips, tricks, ink suggestions, etc are all much-appreciated.

Are the jackets lined? Do you have a hold-down? How many is a big load?
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

They have a lining - yes. A non-removable thin lining and a removable fleece lining. There are 160 pieces and we do not have a hold-down. Hoping to get by without one but it's not a deal-breaker. We can buy or make whatever we need if there is no other way.

you need a hold down no two ways about it UNLESS you go to someone like Stahls or have a vinyl cutter and can get the graphic produced in heat press vinyl and simply press on the graphic.
Without seeing the graphic hard to be more specific.

DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES COMPLETELY WITHIN MY CONTROL YOU SHOULD GET YOUR OWN TEE SHIRT AND A SHARPIE MARKER BY NOON TOMORROW OR SIMPLY CALL SOMEONE WHO GIVES A SHIRT.
