black may be undercured as well. If the ink film is covering fabric well, it may just need a bit more time. Run a bunch of test prints and send through oven with increasing time slightly. They will all look the same until you wash them. Fibrillation using a fine mesh is also probably happening a bit, so a combination of better cure, a bit more ink with the 160 will help
