This position requires high energy, multi-tasking, working with tight deadlines. It also requires standing all day and moving throughout the facility. Good attendance and reliable transportation are a must!
Responsibilities:
Run an automatic screen print press in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Perform set up and calibration of machine and screens
Trouble shoot print and ink issues
Maintain quality standards
Lead print team on the press
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working in a high-volume apparel screen printing operation
Have practical, hands-on industry experience in water-base and plastisol printing
Be highly skilled at setting up and operating and automatic and manual screen-printing machines
Be familiar with the latest industry trends, equipment and technology
Be extremely detail oriented, organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be a team player with a positive attitude
Be highly focused on quality
