Neon Orange Ink

What are you guys using for Neon Orange ink?

I tried mixing PMS 804 with our Rio mixing system and don't like it at all!
I have a job next week for Gildan 5000  black, charcoal, royal and sky with 1 color neon orange print.

Printing manually with s-mesh screens, gas dryer,

Any help would be appreciated.

I use the Union Neon, or have also used neons from IC

I would take rio electric yellow and start adding a small amount of rio electric red to it until you get the orange hue that your wanting. Possibly a touch of transparent white as 804 is slightly milky to me

I'm not wanting 804 exactly, that's the only formula I came across and the mix was not good.
I'm looking for a neon or fluorescent orange.

A rep from poly-one told me to mix approx. 55% electric yellow & approx 45% electric red to make a fluorescent orange.

I like Danny's idea to start with electric yellow and add electric red until it looks good. I may start with 200g of e-yellow and add e-red to it.

Ditto.  The Wilflex Super Opaque neons are made with dry flake pigs which is good for flo colors but are pretty difficult to print with.  One Stroke has more options for how much white is in their RFU flo mixes which is nice since everyone has a different preference there.

Now, if you were merely a printer and member here who had honest recommendations, it would be one thing, but you seem to be working as a shill.
That can actually hurt sales with the folks here.

Don't turn every discussion into an advertisement for your stuff.

That is always a great move.  For some reason the standard color card colors come out really well from the IMS in general.  Which is weird because the Super Opaque flo colors use different pigs, dry flake I believe, in the RFU version you can buy.
