whats your favorite emulsion and what type of exposure unit you use

I dont know if this was asked before but what are you guys using for emulsion and what type of exposure unit do you have?  Maybe tell whats the pros and cons of what use as you see it.

Right now I am digging Aquasol HVP for emulsion.

I also like Image Technology ITX, although that breaks down almost instantly with discharge or plasticharge.

I run a Nuarc 40-1K unit.  I am looking to upgrade to a unit with the glass on the bottom.

Emulsion is ChromaBlue pure photopolymer and exposure unit is Nuarc 40-1K Mercury bulb 1000w.
It takes about 2 minutes per screen (I have never measured the time, it has light integrator. It might be a bit more or less than 2 min). No issues with washing out, decent detail, 2 year shelf life, blue in color (do not like the look of pinkish emulsions).
I have a bit of the emulsion left and I will be switching to ImageMate PC 701, it is almost the same emulsion (per people at Chromaline, they make it) with a slight faster exposure times and a better price at my supplier.

  Ulano RLX, Douthitt Magic 83. 305-230 exposure in 18 seconds. 156-110 exposure 27 seconds.
Great resolution- If you can put it on a film, I can make it come out on a screen. I have used some
screens for repeat jobs for years and have done up to 15,000 impressions without breakdown.

Saati HU42 with a Violux 5000S lamp and wall mount 50 x 60 vacuum frame. We were using Mirakami's Aquasol for a few months, but didn't like the lack of latitude with our strong light source.

At the very least, I post harden that particular emulsion, when I use it for the hybrid Plasticharge from Wilflex.

My new everyday emulsion is CCI Prochem PFX-HV.

Haven't tried a hardener yet as it hasn't been necessary for me for the short runs I do with wb stuff.   I'd like to try the non permanent hardener, which one is that A or B?  Where do you guys buy hardener?  How hard is the reclaim?

Throw some hardener on the print side and you will be good for 10 times that amount. I have not had any breakdown issues yet using the hardener.

I was using Ulano Proclaim Emulsion up to about 6 months ago and switch to the Chromaline ChromaBlue i like the chroma blue alot better.    i have 2 500 watt bulbs,   the exposure unit will be my next investment.  right now i burn them for 4 minutes.

Chromablue for 156 and up, Saati PHW Red for 83-140 mesh.  The saati serves two purposes, it is much easier to see through when using our PFU and lining up film, plus it's viscosity and high solids content allows thick stencils to be made with ease.

I know cap film isn't the popular choice, but I love it. Screens are coated wet after reclaim, put in the drying cabinet, and ready for re-use.
