CCI base and Matsui pigments

I've been using CCI discharge as bases for Matsui pigments and wanted to double check a previous thread. For the Mat 301m is 10% discharge white and 90% clear a good replacement?

I feel like I've been wasting ink/pigments mixing up colors that don't quite match and want to finally nail it down.

For 301M I use 50/50 matsui dc white and matsui dc bright base. I would imagine starting with the same 50/50 ratio for CCI would be close?
