Yeah, but it's not going to cut any grass without a blade.

Too damn much time on their hands with this project.

Guilty as charged, it's ridiculous and hard for most of the country to understand but that's just the way we are I guess.

Trust me, I'd claim that dumb thing if it were mine!  The tires and rims are worth more than the truck that was pulling it.  An old beat up Ford Ranger was pulling the trailer.
