Mailing a single shirt
« on: January 05, 2018, 02:27:05 PM »
What are you guys generally paying to mail a single shirt in a polymailer at the USPS or UPS?  We have not done single mail shirts in a long time but have a bunch coming up.  Also what size and where are you getting your poly mail bags?
Thanks

I believe we pay $2.61 USPS flat rate anywhere in the US thru Stamps.com.  8x11 Poly Bags found on Amazon for super cheap.
I haven't done a whole lot of this, so there could be better out there maybe.

Do you guys have an account set up for that price or is that the standard web pricing?

I had to setup an account - pretty easy to use though.  You can buy all of your postage through it and print on your printer.

I use these 9x12" from Amazon and have shipped one to 4 shirts, or a hoodie, in them and they work great.  We only carry one size of poly mailer.  Everything over 5 goes in a box.
