Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas Edison
What does this post stem from? I know don went thru a rough time but heard he was doing fine?
I realize people change( good and bad) I'm guilty of the latter myself. I have known Don for 30 years and have never once had a bad deal with him. He has always been there for me and always followed thru. To prevent any misunderstandings its always best to get a plane ticket or drive to view the equipment and pay on the spot upon pick up. Even broker deals can work well that way. your there, pay the broker, he pays the source and away you go with your purchase. That's just smart business anyway.

The way that con artists as well as schmucks who just can't cover financial problems thrive for so long is that some of their dealings, if not most of their dealings are fine. They can even point to these as references. You, for instance, back in 2011 gave this dude a glowing recommendation, yet, if you read the industry forums, since then, he has screwed more than a few would-be equipment buyers. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps he doesn't enter into each deal with the intention of fraud, but just isn't together enough to cover the problems when they arise. With him, this is an ongoing issue.Forewarned is forearmed.
