Printing Nylon Draw sTRING BAGS

What is the best way to print on the nylon drawstring bags.  I have tried before and had terrible luck as they melted in the dryer.  There are only 40 so not enough to sub out to one of the promo places.  LEt me know

a nylon catalyst like Nylobond allows a pretty low temp to cure. In fact, they would eventually cure or dry without heat.

What Frog says... Nylobond is a NazDar product I'm pretty sure. Just mix in what you need, as you'll throw away what's leftover.

Nylobond is the Union version, but has become the generic term to many.

We run plastisol turn the dryer up to non melting speed and roll them. YEA they are undercured but dry to the touch. Never had a issue as they do not get washed.

one stroke nylon inks are awesome.  No catalyst so no waste.  Very easy to print with as well.  (obvious disclaimer about price and shipping time from One Stroke of course)

One Stroke does have some very good inks but the cost!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nylobond here as well.

The cost of the One Stroke inks isn't worth it, a small amount of scrap ink - 300grams if that usually - is much less than the extra cost of One Stroke ink for nylon.

We print a lot of these.      We adjust the dryer as hot as we can without the heat effecting the nylon.     Up to now we have used regular plastisol.       Works ok but you can scratch the plastisol off.
I just bought Union Nylobond.       Printed with it today and the results were great.     The data sheet says that it keeps curing for a few days.

A tip for Nylobond, or other similar additives packaged the same way that often sit unused for prolonged times.
Store the bottle upside down to avoid contact with the air, and the ensuing hardening.
If it does it at all now, it will be on the bottom that you can avoid.
