need help with a logo

hi i have a jpeg a customer gave me for a cancer benefit and i can't do anything with it i tried to recreate it but am having trouble with it if interested in helping me send me a email message and ill send over the artwork and specs.   thank you.

this is what they want on the back of the shirts, without the wings. and they want the middle ribbon white left one teal and the right one pink.  no words up top or in the ribbons. so just need the ribbons going through each other.

then the front they want to fade from teal to white to pink.  just seems alittle to complicated for me please let me know if you can help.  thanks again.

That a tattoo?  That's the art work they have submitted?  I sure hope the order is sizable for what is going to be needed for those two.

yup that second one is a tattoo and its 86 shirts i think im going to lose money on this one.

You might be able to pay to get a line art version of the HOPE.  Then use Corel and do a fountain fill.

If you're a Corel user and have the time, I'd do a retrace and fountain fill.

The person who got that tattoo could very likely have the art used for it. That's how it works on custom ink work around here.
