Tri-Loc on a Freedom Press?

I currently have a chance to pickup a used tri-loc at a decent price. I'm a little hesitant on pulling the trigger because I'm not totally sure if it works well, or at all with the Workhorse Freedom. Has anyone used it with this press or the Javelin? I know I'll need to upgrade at least one arm to the quick release bracket, and the front hanger has the cutout for the stop blocks, but those back hangers are on a hinge so I'm not sure if the screen will stay put when locking down.

Any help is appreciated!

I did speak with workhorse, and they said with the updated pallet brackets, it will fit. I was looking for more real world usage to gauge if it would be worth the purchase.

Hey Scott, does the Sabre have the spring on the back clamp that lets you pivot to push the screen out or is it locked in place now? That's really where my concern is because my screens tend to 'jump' when I lock down, but it may only be a matter of leveling them out to help keep them still.

It does, but they're pretty stiff. We've never had an issue. Just a little micro here and there; something I think everyone deals.

Perfect, thanks. After doing a quick inspection - looks like it's just head 6 that we have an issue with. The back clamp spring is totally worn out so there is a lot of play which is causing the jump. Heads 1 through 5 are all really stiff and lock down with little to no shifting. I think I'll take the chance and buy the triloc. Need to speed up the setups one way or another.
