Does anyone here use a Magivac for vacuuming off water from from frames? Or something like it?

Nope.  Just compressed air then a couple fans.

What does it look like?

Majestech used to make/supply a wet-dry vac attachment which was an aluminium tube with a slit in it.

yep that's exactly what it is. In fact I think Saati probably just rebranded it, when they bought majestech

We have a shopvac rigged up to a light switch with a similar attachment (aluminum with little slit) that we vacuum off both sides of the screen, then wipe down the frames with a rag, and then they go to a ready rack with a stack of fans on them to dry.

It'd be interesting to do a test on a screen without vacuuming it, and see how much it speeds up the dry time, but if there is any emulsion that could still be running into the image or anything, I bet it helps with that.

I use one, got it from Saati.
We have a vacuum in our wash out room and vacuum every frame, both sides, works well and makes drying much faster.

I worry that the addition of heat can screw with registration  of multi-color jobs.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

I bought my first one of these about 25 years ago, and have never looked back, we also have commercial screen dryer we picked up at an auction about 20 years ago. They are a great team. Use the vac attachment once, and you'll be sold...
