We just spray and use a brush... I think we "stole" it from Mooseman who has a video showing it.

Other than kind of making a mess, it's done in seconds.

To those of you doing this (usually with a brush) - does it work on spray tack / web tack / fleece etc...

If so how often do you have to do it? every couple hours on a 10-14 pallet press?

We tried so many different ways to get the cleanest and quickest tack method but we use an air gun with TB-10 or the dreaded spray tacks (necessary with many of the garments we print).

Um......no.

I spend more time clearing the fuzz from my Scotchbrite pads than the actual defuzzing. I tried Professor Moosey's solution and didn't much care for it at the time. I must re-visit the video.

I'm currently using these, with a 1/4 sheet of Home Depot Scotchbrite Green Pads. They are reverse-able so they are real cheap to use. A stiff bristle brush like Mooseman uses for his defuzzing is what works the best to clean the pad.

And when they are fresh, they WILL clean a limited amount of Web Spray. But then, you really need to throw the pad away since cleaning Web Spray off of Scotchbrite Pads doesn't work too good.

Ya...not so much :-) but, more came off with less effort. I think I'll keep it for awhile. Was going to enlist the use of an old car buffer I have, but thought better of it. I used a stiff bristle brush for a long time, but I feel the green pads do a better job for me.

DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES COMPLETELY WITHIN MY CONTROL YOU SHOULD GET YOUR OWN TEE SHIRT AND A SHARPIE MARKER BY NOON TOMORROW OR SIMPLY CALL SOMEONE WHO GIVES A SHIRT.

what about witching pallet tape?

I looked, but I can't find the enchanted pallet tape anymore. Was pretty sweet how it would come clean with a wave of the wand. :-)

This is what we do! Learned it from your little video. Thanks for that.

I feel like I've tried it so many different ways and this works best for us. Definitely makes a bit of a mess but we try to sweep daily anyway.
We try to spin the pallets and do it in the same spot rather than walking around the press. Works a treat!

Yeah we do the same. We put down kraft paper down under the press and replace every few weeks
