Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas Edison

I'll take the 23x31 frames.
... reminds me of a Craigslist post I responded to back in 2007. "Free conveyor dryer". It turned out to be about 20' long... way to big for a home operation, like mine. But I was able to cut it down to 8' and reuse most the important parts of the dryer (including the belt). Switched it over to a PID controller and solid state power control relays. Total cost was about $200 (that included new steel frame rails to hold the conveyor rollers). I still have a spare IR panel from the project. The best part of the deal was a M&R Blue-Max manual press that hadn't been used for quite awhile. They hadn't mentioned that in the Craigslist post... but wanted it "gone". I cleaned it up and sold it on EBAY, for $1200 and the buyer was tickled pink to get it at that price. I made it right, to the shop that gave me the equipment,by troubleshooting and repairing the IR bump section of their gas conveyor dryer (it had been "sticking" in the ON mode and scorching shirts). Replaced the mercury power contactor... problem solved.I have since learned that the time spent tinkering with used equipment can hold back the real purpose of being in business.... namely growing sales and production. But, I do fondly remember those days.Bless you, Homer for offering the items to those who can make good use of them.
