a lot of times those are custom embroidery program fonts and there isn't a great match outside of it.

Looks like Melco full block. Maybe with a tweak on that R.
Get close. You are putting in more effort than the previous
supplier.

I always do before I come here. No go on whatthefont. It looks like Roc was correct. It's a Melco font
