Recently my George Knight heat press, K20S, developed a problem, the electronics apparently went out.
Called GK got and instant response great info and ordered some new electronics at a decent price I might add.
When I installed them everything was fine except the timer worked backwards.
Another call to GK (Aaron) and the same super service fixed the issue with some simple programming moves.
For my experience these guys are getting it right....great attitude, super service and they (Aaron) really knows the product ins and outs .
