"He who marches out of step hears another drum." ~ Ken Kesey
I'd can her a**.. and send her to me Great video, you should post it to your website/FB page. Also when we have an employee who does a great thing like this I try and free up a half day (Monday or Friday is best) and give them half a day off with pay and I cover the remainder of the shift. It not only rewards them and makes them feel valuable it keeps me fresh.
Very cool! Get them a proper tape gun lol. That's bad for the teeth

Not only for this but for everything she's been doing to and for the company for the last few years (she was our first hire ever). The quicker you can give her a raise the better and make sure she understands why she is getting it. Getting a raise at the end of the month, quarter, year may be more logical for you but the closer to her action the better, I like the idea of gift cards that can be handed out within minutes of being recognized for superior performance,My 2 cents

The coolest part of this is that you have a team member who cares about your shop and her position so much that she would do this. I agree, you should pull her aside, let her know how much it means to you, and tell her about the raise you are putting into effect. She lit the spark, just turn it into a flame and make her roar.Looks like she could really be a great morale booster for the rest as well! 10 years, we've yet to have anyone come in like this, I only pray for such an employee.

She's one in a million, really and I would do everything to keep her happy and working with us (which is not easy given we're a small business).
