Index Crank Arm

Hey Everyone,

Have a question on how to remove a part from a press that appears to be made slightly off. Press is working fine but we keep an eye on it. Picture attached. So on the Blue Arrow is where you would tighten/loosen with an Allen Wrench or Hex Key or whatever you want to call it. Have tried every size US Standard and Metric and zero fit. The Red Arrow is where you see where the part would be lifting up if we do not keep an eye on it. Press is basically new and only has a few hundred thousand prints on it. Every person that sees it remarks how clean it is. So it's a new press and calling the hotline they remarked how it is most likely a bad little piece. And Rich if you are reading this Ryan was in town and stopped by and he spotted this for us so he helped a lot with it. All good there. So my question is what would be the best way to get this out and a new little piece put in if nothing fits it? Thank you!

Looks like a 5.5mm on our sportsman.

!!Make sure your Crank Weldment ( part#9166682 ) isn't slipping down on the motor shaft. ( the part that this bearing is attached to ).

This could cause this to happen. If it does you could have a bigger problem occur.

Rich, I appreciate it but you are a super busy man. It's fine, I just have to take out the small screw and put in a new one. I'll manage. Worse comes to worse I harass Ryan ha. Nah, the service department. Ryan has a lot on his hands! Seriously, thank you though. Don't worry I got it
