How to do this?

This is a new one to me. I accepted this job and now we're having trouble figuring out how to properly do it.

We got 110 purple hoodies to print next week for this 4 color job.
We run a 6-8 Diamondback printing plastisol.

The job itself it 4 colors (blue, red, yellow, green).
We need the underbase
We need (?) the sublimation blocker (50/50 Gildan hoodies)

So it's 6/6 arms taken. Plus we need to flash the colors.


Anyone has any idea how this could be done?

run in revolver and put your flash in the offload station.

use a good sublimation blocking white ink... (we've used OneStroke Bravo Flex white on stuff like this and it's worked great).

why do you need the sub blocker?  a good base - for me on that color/garment a 150S - , revolver if needed and good to go.

If this makes sense....This is probably how we would set it up if we could not get it to print straight wet on wet.

Yes I'd say with proper mesh and ink, no blocker needed on 50/50%

I was wondering why you would use a blocker as well, we sure don't on those, never had a problem; if you have, maybe you were curing a tad too hot?

or he's running a ink meant for 100% cotton?

we've had no issues running Gildan dryblends with One Stroke Hybrid white, or Wilflex Quick White... no bleeding issues whatsoever.

We don't keep or run any inks not designed to go on both 100% cotton and blends tho...

Same here, good 50/50 blends shouldn't be bleeding.
