California Workhorse Service Techs
« on: January 28, 2016, 12:12:00 PM »
Hey everyone.
We are currently thinking about signing some papers on a Cutlass.  But before we do, my partner had some questions for our sales person, that he couldn't necessarily give us a clear answer on.  I have read that Workhorse has great customer service, but my question is for repairs if they are needed.

Currently we are running a 1980's American Rototex auto, and when we go down on press, (like right now) my option for a service tech is 3 weeks out.  Leaving me to print A LOT of shirts by hand.

I am in Northern California (Sacramento) and we need someone to come out as quick as possible when we have an issue.  My partner wants to know if there is someone that can be available in the California area, that can get us help if we should require it?

Any help on this issue would be great!

Thanks guys!

I don't know about for Workhorse, but John Strehl (Little Technical Services) is in the Bay Area and should be available
within a day or two. He knows Rototex's at the very least.

Youngsters take notice! This is a job with security!
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?
