We focus on this type of production in both dtg and screen printing for customers who left tee spring and other platforms for this reason or that. One thing I do know is that there is more work out there then any of us can handle and too many of these companies (scalable for example) outgrow themselves to quickly. With this type of production and fulfillment it is very hard on screen printing to run extras, so you end up dtg printing any defects, which bogs the dtg department down.
We cut off all Christmas orders earlier than last year from clients, but we had managed to fit in some larger extra campaigns right in the nick of time. We had about four 14 hour days in a row, but its over and we can improve for next year.
