I'm with Danny on this, just not the heat build up but I get ink build up very quickly, I only print black first when I need to blend it with a wet white or another color, but for the most part black is last.
Life is like Kool-Aid, gotta add sugar/hardwork to make it sweet!!

Wilflex Epic Matte Black is the bomb!! Great anywhere in the placement of set up for wet on wet. Really does well over time in the wash as well.

Great Black.  Wilflex matte black is the only 1 that we use other than athletic black for poly.
It's not a job if you love doing it.
