When you say this, are you specifically excluding less robust rips like filmmaker and accurip, or would each of those qualify as "a RIP such as Wasatch"?

Yes I am excluding them because the OP wanted to do both 4 color printing (either pigment or sublimation) along with film output.  As far as I know, filmmaker and accurip only do film output and don't have the capability of running dual inksets with color output.  Please let me know if that isn't the case.
