Air leak in Diamondback

We have an air leak somewhere inside the head tube of our Diamondback. It`s very noisy and there is air blowing out the head at both ends, no to mention that it drains the press of air in no time.
I can`t really figure out where exactly the leak is located, hard to see inside the head tube but from what I can hear it has to be closer to the press center then the outside of the head.
Can someone give me advise on how to quickly and easily find the exact spot of the leak and how to fix it.

if its a busted hose, you can cut it and fit a union to it to fix it, if its a connector that's blown, you can get them at home depot.  You have to find the leak first, its really an easy fix once you find it.

Yeah so you say Dr. Dirk, not to scare you Rocker but I had a leak like that once and maybe it was me being the first time working on it, but brother it was a pain in the azz and lots of nice words coming.  If would be very nice if they would build a access plate that you can remove to get to some of that stuff, don't know if that would weaken the arm or not good luck dude, I'll  for ya.

Take the cover off where the flow controls are for speed on the head. You can easily see if it's in the front or rear this way.

Judging by the level of noise it seems to be more to the rear of the head tube. How can I completely disconnect air from that print head so that we can run at least the other heads for now?

you can plug the connectors for air. It can't be that hard. Get someone that works on cars or compressors and it will be fixed in less than a hour.

you need a plug and you can build it from parts at a hardware store if you don't have one.  never actually did it on my dback, but did it many times on old sportys and gauntlets.

you can plug the connectors for air. It can't be that hard. Get someone that works on cars or compressors and it will be fixed in less than a hour.

Disconnected the air hose shown in the attached photo. No leak anylonger. But my guess is that this hose feeds air to other parts in the print head, so the problem could still be somewhere else, right?

Could be any line in the head. Once you find it tape the new line to the old to pull it through. If you don't have anything to plug a line if you fold the tuning over and secure with tape it will stop the air from flowing.

ive used channel locks to clamp tubing - works well for short term

no channel locks?  bend tube and zip ties to hold the air pressure - again, short term.

if its a split in the hose - cut tube with the split, use a union to join the two tubes.

Ok all fixed now.The hose  that supplies air to the floodbar was leaking air. We had to tape about 1 meter of steel cable to the end of the hose where it feeds into the stroke cylinder and pull the hose  out at the front of the print head to replace the damaged section. We then pulled it back into the tubing by pulling on the steel cable. I guess you guys get the idea.
