QS error

Can someone tell me why I am getting the attached error when trying to do a Sim Process Sep in Ultraseps with cs6?

I've had the same error in cs4 trying to print from CS4 64bit.  All I did is open the same file in CS4 32bit and got no error.  Hope it helps.
