Screen wash and reclaim chemicals

I read the safety data sheets on the chemicals I use for removing ink from the screen and in the dip tank and they sound horrific, hazardous and envirmentally bad.
I assume these are for the concentrated chemical, does anyone know what happens when you dilute them?
Does anyone know what can be safely put into the drain?
I have read about home made filters, etc.   Are these enough?

CCI has an Enviro Line that is Soy and Citrus Based:

Kiwo also has a stronger concentrated system that is diluted with water that works great:

these are safe for the drain but its always recommended to have a drain catcher

We use CCI Enviro chemicals for our dip tank and my guys say it's great and doesn't stink. Yesterday I bought a bunch of their chemicals for other uses, they are all natural and apparently not hazardous. It's worth a try.

We got CCI Gem-Zyme in our dip tank, CCI Citra Paste for cleaning screens and CCI Envirohaze for haze removing.

used to be exact same thing for us...UNTIL I made a ink cleaning dip tank. Go from press -> dip tank with CCI IW108 -> rinse ink off with water -> dip tank with gem-zyme -> powerwash -> compressed air, wrack it up....no scrubbing, no mess, no hassle, faster than anything, reclaim is easy as pie now.

I just dip in supra and blast off the ink and emulsion in one step. I do degrease/dehaze with 701 after though. I found I had snake eye issues when I tried to skip that step

same here but with CCI Dip and Strip on the strong side.

screen comes out of the dip mostly dissolved and with a quick hit of the pressure washer and the 701 scrub takes about 2 min cycle per screen.

same here.  until we went to Easiway Screen Perfect and then Saati DirectPrep2 in our shop, we had problems.... now we degrease/prep EVERY screen and our troubles have gone away.

*this is likely due to the fact that we have really hard water here, but regardless, it's a requirement for us to get good screens.
