We have over 50 field techs for textile and graphic machine and now have 10 techs for digital! This includes all the I-images and m-link DTGs.
ST- image only
STE- image and expose pure photopolymer and some hybrids
STE II- image and expose any emulsion
X- large format imager
XE- large format image and expose

M-link- mid level production DTG
M-link X- high level production DTG

I bet if we did a role call on who has an I image on this board and made a master list with emails and cell phones, guys on this board have probably encountered about everything with the I image good or bad.  (can't think of any bad, but maybe someone else can).  I know the issues I have had and I know what corrected them.  Nothing really though.

At what point would you consider one of these?  , qty of screens per day ?

 Is there a min they need just to keep the printing heads running smoothly

If you are doing 30 screens a day CTS/DTS is a no brainer on the ROI.

Remember it is about workflow efficiency savings not consumables.

Interestingly tho even at 30 screens a day, the lease payment on a CTS is less than the cost of consumables.

between the savings of a person -and- the conumables -and- the efficiency in setups, to me, it's a no-brainer.

One of the ways we run the #'s we run with just 2 of us 90% of the time.

Speed!
We use a larger print head then the current version but still the same technology.
I am traveling California right now. I will gave someone in the office range video for us tomorrow.
