I was surprised to learn that she stopped acting and turned to digitizing.

That is pretty cool but not your best bet.
My digitizing heart throb is Elizabeth Taylor from Queen of Denial Digitizing.
For vector work I use Quick Draw MCGraw  they are real fast and dirt cheap.
