Haven't seen any talk about these in a little while. We are about to place an order. Everyone that has one still really happy with them?

We had one for a few months now. No issues what so ever. Other than changing the filter and adding some ozzy juice to top it off. So much easier to clean stuff up now and Saves time.

Are you just using it to clean squeegees and floods? Or are you using it to remove ink from screens?
What model did you get? Are you doing the monthly rental thing, of did you buy it outright?
Sorry for all the questions. I'm really curious about this.

we bought ours.  I think they are around $1500 outright.  Check because they might have reconditioned units as well.

I wouldn't go back to solvent based.  this stuff is nicer to work with.

we clean everything but screens in it and I tell you NOTHING will get your aluminum cleaner.  well, maybe some metal polish.

SW1 or SW3? Did you ever hear back from the rep about his testing of your inks etc?

Do you all buy your juice and mats directly from Chemfree or a local rep or online store? Looks like I impulse bought a used SW23

We bought direct from chemfree and outright. We bought the bigger unit  and it can fit a screen in it but never have used it that way.  I couldn't work without it now.

It seems no one is washing screens? Is that a big no-no? Wears out the chemical faster? Seems like that would be the biggest benefit of one of these.

I've done it, but frankly it's faster to do it in the washout booth with drain safe chems...

why would you want to use a parts washer for discharge/waterbase?

it rinses easy enough for us.
