Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas Edison
I have the manual version. It's very well built and I'd recommend it for anyone who coats two-handed. As someone who has coated one-handed their whole life, I just can't get into it. I originally bought it for our screen guy who has a bad back, but he's no longer with the company. I now have a new screen guy in training who will be learning to coat this week, so depending on his preference I'll likely have a barely used stand that I'd be happy to sell at a discount if you're interested.
The semi-automatic one looks pretty amazing.
anyone have one of these? i think we are gonna get one, but i wanna see what some opinions are

Still putting details together but if you want to get hands on experience you should be able to at the Workshop in August.~Kitson
Vastex 1000 probably will land in a "Semi Auto Coater" category as there is still a lot of operator interaction in the process.
