New Buffalo Shirt Factory had established a large production facility in Honduras several years ago, prior to their being acquired by Gildan / Anvil.  Production and Print Development activities have been split between the two facilities for the last couple of years.

Gildan / Anvil recently informed all employees at the NBSF Clarence, NY facility that all operations are to be consolidated into the Honduras facility. While I can understand the business reasoning behind the decision, it's sad that the company that revolutionized simulated process screen printing on black garments will cease to exist as a US Based company.

RIP New Buffalo Shirt Factory, you will be remembered and missed.

New Buff is about 20 minutes from me...I have a feeling I am going to see some screen shops pop up around here...I would say I can snag some more employees but....I went down that road before, their habits are hard to break...

Come on Jay, what gives you that idea. I'm sure they fit in well in a clean shop like yours.....
