Oh my...I remember it well, as you know!
A former employee of mine came up with a brilliant idea!  He was going to quit, come up with some designs and make a million dollars on the internet selling t-shirts.
This was his premier design.  After he explained it to me I told him Chadwick could do it!
You sure did.
He quit, I gave him office space, computor space and he was off to millions.
He sold one of those shirts, he hasn't printed it yet, to a friend.  This was many years ago, I think about 6?
As a side note, he was going to let us print the millions of shirts.  Keep in mind he worked for me for about 2 years.  He went out and bought 30 newman roller frames to avoid paying me a set up fee.  After I explained to him what a set up fee paid for, this guy was not the sharpest knife, but a nice guy, he quit, left the roller frames (which we still print on today) and went back to school to be an elementry school teacher.  He just graduated and is teaching 3rd grade.  DON'T send your kids to school there!

I know a few bands that would be all over that design like flies to a turd.

Although the content is a little crappy, (lol)   The art execution is beyond good. It's excellent. Love that art.

I'm not seeing the full picture here.  Do you own it or does this former employee own it?  Sounds like he would have paid for Chadwick to do the art. In addition, technically, unless you or the former employee had Chadwick agree to selling the full and complete rights to this art in writing, you nor said former employee can actually sell it. You wouldn't have the right to sell it.  Just say'n.

Not that I would offer it myself, but it is a good design. Probably something you might see in Spencers Gift.

Well...Said former employee paid for it, Chadwick can discuss how much if he wishes.  I guess I'm assuming he would own it?  AND...for what I put up with, with said employee, I would say he would relinquish forthwith his rights, if he has any, to me.  Therefore herewith I would be willing to sell this, never printed, design.  Of course if need be, I would recommend said purchaser have Dot-Tone-Dan do the seperations, should said purchaser require said services.  Heretofor aformentioned, if said purchaser can be found Dans in for a little, OK Chadwick also.

Let's ask...
Chadwick who owns this?
You?
Former Employee?
Me? (Obtained from former employee for services rendered)
The Government?  (it's a spread the wealth thing)
Canadian Government? (that's where you are.)
Dot-Tone-Dan? (cause he's a nice guy)

lol.

I figured this would be a good post for a Friday ( and at 2 in the morning, everything's a great idea... )

Who owns the art?
Me.
Not that I would worry about Terry printing some for sh*ts and giggles.
 ;)
