Newbie sharing some of my work-
« on: April 20, 2015, 12:11:43 PM »
Since I'm new here, I figured I should share some of my work. I've been doing T-shirt artwork for over 22 years now. In fact, when I first started, I was inking my blacks on mylar and then hand cutting rubylith separations. That's how old-school I am. LOL Now all of my work is done 100% in Adobe Illustrator.

Here are just a few of the many T-shirts I've designed:

And these aren't shirt designs, but some renderings I've done in Illustrator-

I'm a bit more favorable to the Dodge Dart.  Brought back some nice memories.  Thanks.

Really nice art.

Really wish our contract clients would get into printing stuff like this...

I'm a car enthusiast, had a 2005 mustang...not sure there was anything stock left on it...maybe the quarter panels?haha
I spend too much money on equipment...

I had a 74 Dodge dart super sport that was Jacked up in the back. Looked pretty cool, but...The doors, well, they should have named them suicide doors. I almost killed a girl backing out of a bar. The doors would occasionally not stay shut. I was around 19 years old. She was about 27 if I remember correctly. She got a little more tipsy than I did. We left to head to her place,  I backed up (onto the highway), the door flung open, and out she rolled onto the highway. Thank God there were no cars coming at the time because the bar was located right at the top of the hill, so anyone coming would not have had time to see us or her on the road. Terrible thing to experience and think of the possibilities. It might have helped her that she was so tipsy since she didn't flinch and got right back in still with that gleam in her eye ;) as we headed back to her place. :)

The art is awesome! We also appreciate some of the memories.

Frog trivial minutiae alert!  ;D
First off, if the doors had killed someone else, they would be "manslaughter" doors, not "Suicide" doors. Actually the doors referred to by the term "suicide" because of their rear hinges, are designed for the hoity-toity crowd, who when they drive up to a restaurant or hotel with a doorman, allow him to more easily open both front and rear doors together for them.

As for the jacked up rear, was that to tilt forward so the car was always going downhill and could more easily coast when out of gas??? LOL!
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?
