Dropbox is nice and free for up to 10 gb I think. You host send a link they download.

myairbridge is nice as well, it start upload your file as soon as it is in queue, and you can continue filling email and description.

Dropbox is great and free up to a certain amount if space.  Assign folders, share contents of folders with others, assign direct download links.  Very versatile. Your own virtual network in a folder

Dropbox.  Very simple.  Easy to share with multiple people at once, helps for approval process.

Dropbox is ... EXTREMELY slow- I hate getting files from them- Sometimes takes hours to get 1 file.

WeTransfer is OK..

Hightail is what I use. 

mailbigfile.com is my second option if Hightail is having issues.
