Yeah sales and artist make a difference.

My production guy also handles a lot of the phones and art, he's also doing most of the embroidery.  He's pretty much a one man shop with a lame consultant (me) and a few crappy part timers (my wife and the office manager). :)

I wouldn't even give myself that much credit... That would take down the other two.

Office manager isn't a bad worker, I just have her doing too many roles.  My wife is amazing but getting her to dedicate time to us is the tricky bit.
