I think you just wasted a little bit of money.   :D

I said cat5, but should have said cat5e.  I was still thinking old school.

At my son's house, we just ran about 500 feet of cat5e (cheaper than cat6) about 3 weeks back and hes running POE cameras.

imho, but I'm probably whistling through my hat.....

so you just have to run a CAT5 cable there... pretty simple.  Also pretty future proof for the foreseeable future.

I call BS on that! Ya that's right, I'm challenging your call Mr. Tech, I just finished up running my second 1000' box of CAT6!

Future proof, shows how much you know! Oh, thanks for getting my phone system back up and running Friday after I forgot my login password.... ;D

What is the challenge?  I'll take it! :)  like rebuilding your entire phone system in 10 minutes. :p
