Funny thing, before I knew who Paramount was, I had dinner one night in Vegas with a couple screen print shop partners and a production Mgr. Me, and the owner of another Co, and a sales rep was invited as a guest. She was a sales rep from Paramount. She was a hoot. These guys got pretty tipsy and we all drove around Vegas in a mustang convertible with three of them sitting up on the back scream'n and having a blast. The owner of another Co was the designated driver, although I wasn't drinking myself. Pretty fun night. I'll leave out company names and people cuz ...again, it was pretty fun night. LOL.

I've printed over a dozen game winning teams where you print into the morning and just as many where you shut off the lights and go home.

It's no where as complex as he leads it to be.

We also do those jobs. Being in the Boston area, we've had a lot, 4 SuperBowls, 6 Conference Championships, Red Sox for 3 World Series, Celtics and Bruins one each. We do children's sizes only, the first pickups are usually around 1:00 AM...

Still don't know which option I like better!

They double stroke the red on that Patriots shirt. I'd be slappin dummies.

Running non-PVC -- not uncommon to double stroke at all.  Most HSA waterbase or acrsolol printers printing vector type art are indeed double stroking from what I have seen.

Aha, that makes sense. We frequently double stroke HSA as well.

Paramount only runs HSA. Plastisol is no longer used there.

Note the 18 head press with five flashes....how many stateside shops are pvc free at this point?  I'm impressed that any shop can manage to go all HSA.

Where in the vid did you see that? I must have checked twenty times, mostly looking for an oval...

Yeah, props to them, that's tough.

The real question, what emulsion, and do they use LEDs...
