« on: February 05, 2015, 08:28:11 AM »
Inspired by the other thread.  Here's our Sabre running a left chest print at a comfortable 76/dz/hr.

It is funny how in this video and the one you posted, it really looks like no big deal. No stress, just loading, unloading maybe picking of the nose here and there.... But when it is you/me either loading or unloading at that pace it feels nowhere as leisurely! These videos make it look easy! :D

That's why I filmed it. So people would believe me when I told them I got one!

No kidding! Even my unloader after watching the video back said, "wow, it looks so slow".

That's a sweet machine and probably my next auto - I've like workhorse for years, but man is this press on a higher level.  We went to see a 8/10 in action last week and were very impressed.   That video totally looks slow - you know you have a good smooth indexing machine when you can pump out 76/dz/hr and it look like 400 shirts/hr.......

Looks nice, but I can't imagine quickly loading kids/women's cut shirts on it with how far the pallet sits above the pallet arm.

That's a great point mimosa - King, can you comment on that?  They do seem a little high compared to some others, is loading small shirts on it an issue at all?

So far there have been no issues.  There's quite a bit of clearance.  Here's how I have mine set up.

We don't rock 900/hour but we print small items fairly easily with ours.

You're not a screen printer unless you can print 900/hr :)

Wait wait wait... how come Mooseman can get away with his schizophrenic "we" statements when it's only him, but I'm not allowed to get away with "we" statements when I pay a guy to do all the work for me.  Occasionally I stroll in there and tell him he's doing something wrong. ;)
