Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

Thank you!  :P It's always good to hear from someone else that knows what they're looking at--helps me stay positive. LOL

I probably do the beanies different than anyone else...i've dicovered using the semi-wide cap frames (the one with the 'panel') with stickybacking on the inside, then hooping that, the beanie stays in place, you can get it straight and no weird stratch lines, and its as fast as hooping a regular hat.  I put 1 layer of standard tearaway behind the stickybacking....

Shelly has a real talent with the embroidery.  We recently had a service tech here and he used to be a judge for impressions magazine, he said we could easily place with Shellys work.  I was proud of her.

WOW
Looking good.
I will post something up in next few days. I'm working on a jacket back for myself, I need a bit more to finish digitizing and do a test sew.
My first full back with pin-striping, I can not wait to see the end result.

One if mine first digitizing jobs about 1.5 years ago.
Jacket back, around 38000 stitches.
I was embroiderer with gold-ish (not metallic) thread in black army vest. (I think that I should start taking pics of the final products)

I always hated doing jacket backs with that many stitches on my machine...never failed that we would leave the room for a moment and come back to a screwed up jacket for one reason or another.  Nice work.

Painful isn't it.  We dont enjoy jackets either at all.  Take so long.  We only have 3 machines, I hope to add another soon.
