Why 4 dots?  There are questions to be answered.

Or maybe wash testing? (He must have logged out for the day.)

I'm always thinking of doing something "organized" where our ink choices are concerned. Then I sit down at the computer and log into TSB and lose my concentration, eventually winding up watching funny dog videos on youtube.

Or exploding whales.

Yes to all. We hold our vendors to be accountable. Teetering on dangerous ground here but that's what I do

Update........culled it down to an even 100 color formulas. As the Pantone sanctioned formulas improve and available from most if not all manufacturers most may soon find that this old school, eyeball using color theory process will not be necessary. That said many colors have transparent, translucent, and opaque formulas. Not available from the DC software systems I have run across.

And I'll be first in line to purchase a set of the swatches/formulas. $100 plus shipping?  ;D

New that was coming! I have something real close but I believe it uses a  Vivitone pigment. I'll check that wet sample
