Anybody had this piece of SH!T take over your browsers?  I can't get rid of it for anything.

Do you use firefox? After a hijack sometimes you need to reset it. You go to Help->Troubleshooting Information->Reset Firefox or put this in your URL field

about:support

and then click Reset Firefox

I'm assuming you ran malwarebytes.org or something similar to check your system?

internet Explorer and Google chrome, but NOTHING will get rid of it.  Or you can but it comes back.  I don't want to reformat.

of course there is always a program called "spybot search and destroy".  I've used it and it's pretty legit.  Other than that if you are using windows you can go to regedit and search for anything related to istart123 and delete.  But first do a backup of the registry before you start incase you delete something you shouldn't
It's not a job if you love doing it.

Spybot and Ad-Aware by Lavasoft are both pretty good.
If Barbie is so popular, why do you have to buy her friends?

This video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pkDpkoezSx0 shows a way to maybe get rid of it. It looks like it might have attached itself to the target program path so it loads when you click the icon.

I would also do a Win + R and type msconfig and go to the startup tab and disable everything and restart.

For what it's worth, Google has a reset also: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en

And IE Reset: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737

I have tried almost all of the recommendations, thanks guys, but none of it works.  I am doing spybot now.

If you want to ship it to me I could fix it. :)

I know that isn't much help... but it is what it is.
