We had a plasticharge seminar here at our shop and the rep said that a 60/40 maxopaque to plasticharge base with 4% discharge powder gives really good results that are really bright.

I need to get back into plasticharge printing.

I found this in a different note -

Don't use the standard red, use this formula...
68% Maxopaque red
38% Plasticharge Base
4% ZFS powder

That's real close to what you posted.  I've not tried that


Update - lol, what the hell is that?  110%?  I'm betting it was supposed to be 58% 38% and 4%, lol.

I am not sure if he was there.  I had 1 guy from Union/Rutland and then Brian Brownlee when he was with texsource.
