I just wanted to give some praise to the boys at Spot Color Supply. It's been great doing business with them! They've been honest, priced very well, and great with support and care! Another thing we truly appreciate is that they aren't hounding our phones with calls to try and get orders. That, aside from the unplanned drop by is one of our pet peeves from other sales forces. Nothing worse than having a tight day and someone standing at the counter hassling the office girls to fetch one of us to get us to buy something. Scott and Brannon will rather shoot over a friendly email, if we need something, it's a good reminder, if we don't, no sweat, and they don't reply back with the come on man order from me, bla bla. No pressure, no hassle, and for us, they will get business. You guys are doing great, and thanks for the support!

I bought a dryer from Scott and Brannon, and it developed a problem with the belt motor... debugged it with me and took care of it under their warranty quickly and efficiently.

Not allowed here. Sonny had a bad habit of coming in through the back. In his defense I asked him not to do so and call first and he complied.

I like the way they roll.  I got a great supplier here local but if I ever need anything that Kevin doesn't have I'll go to Spot Color first before I check anywhere else.

There used to be a lot more surprise drop-ins than there are now for some reason.  I can't stand the ones that really don't know much about screen printing but talk to us like we're some new operation that still calls the ink "paint".

Yeah he seems to always be on the ball with straight up tech and answers.

Talking about the back door- one of our competitors (who is no longer in business)
walked it the office door from the back. He first proceeded to walk through the production
area saying, "Oh, oh I didn't know which door to come in".

Sure Knuckle Head Joker, there is a --main-- entrance and a small door towards the middle of the building.
Needless to say, that door is locked every minute of the day now.

Outstanding service, great people to work with.

Got the dog trained to keep "unwanted guest" from dropping in. Have one supplier who gets it, comes in say hi, asks if I have any questions or needs and leaves, no more then 5 min.

Yes Indeed, These guys are the real deal, I purchased a flashback for my Javelin & The flash was in amazing condition. Crated professionally,awesome transaction I will definitely purchase from these guys again, the product was worth every penny!!
