Sericol WB dry in

We are trying to print a 4 color job with CCI 80/20 base, and 3 top colors that are Sericol WB.

Every WB screens keeps drying after one shirt. What can we do to stop the dry in? We have tried adding water and that's helped a little. The Sericol Retarder just seperates in the waterbased ink!

Hey man, could be a few variables here. First are you flashing base or no, if so how long and what temp, are you printing directly after flash or at the end of your press (maybe a few heads in between?), mesh count and thread diameter, and a few more things. Are you documenting what works and what does not? And sorry I have not gotten back in touch with email I have been buried neck deep in death and black metal. Sorry for the pun haha!
